Hanwell Neighbourly Care
Hanwell Neighbourly Care Scheme (HNCS) is a registered charity that has supported older people in the Hanwell area for over four decades. HNCS encourages contact between people in need and those willing to help. It runs and encourages the development of Pop-Ins to help maintain independence and nurture friendships among active older people. If you are an older person then you are most welcome to join us at a Pop-In. If you know an older person please tell them about us. If you want to know more or find out how you can help then please get in touch.

The central hub and office location has relocated from our Featherstone Road, Southall location to new premises at 330-332 Ruislip Road, Northolt. The hubs offer a wide range of services to local people – exercise and yoga classes, advice, arts and crafts groups, health promotion talks, bingo and chess groups, trips and outings, health checks, language classes, dance and song, health walks and more. These services begin from the foundation of bringing local people together from all backgrounds and with all conditions to enjoy each others company and to share experience – both highs and lows – of everyday life and to attend to the ever present and increasing issues of isolation and loneliness experienced by so many people in our communities.
